Obstetrical Ultrasound Comprehensive obstetrical and high-risk ultrasound examinations are interpreted by Dr. Ruben Quintero, a board-certified Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist and developer of the Quintero Staging System. Subspecialty MFM interpretation supports: • First trimester and early diagnostic screening • Fetal growth and Doppler assessment • Survey of fetal anatomy • Twin and multifetal surveillance • Consultation for complex obstetrical cases Reports are structured to provide actionable findings while supporting continuity of care with the referring provider. Musculoskeletal (MSK) Ultrasound Musculoskeletal ultrasound examinations are interpreted by a board-certified, practicing Orthopedist. Orthopedic subspecialty interpretation supports: • Tendon and ligament pathology • Joint effusions and synovitis • Dynamic evaluations • Sports-related injuries This model enhances diagnostic alignment between imaging findings and orthopedic clinical management. General Diagnostic Ultrasound All non-obstetric general ultrasound examinations are interpreted by Hawai‘i State-licensed radiologists. Interpretation and reporting are conducted by U.S.-based physicians who are available for clinical discussion when needed.
